Patient Communication
Patient communication starts and ends with the patient. Im sure you have heard that before...
But patients are just like you and me.
So patient communication should be as how you and I would like to be included in a conversation about a difficult subject.

People tech
With technology we start with the dogma:
Technology in healthcare should enable, empower and simplify.Your technology uptake, adoption, user experience and ultimate success is directly proportionate to how many of the above dogmas are fulfilled. Because technology should be about people and not about technology.
We support in shaping and testing the idea, uncover the needs, ensure the tech ends up solving the issues raised by the people involved.
How we work
We start with the people - the unmet needs, the expectations, the vision, the problem understanding, the culture.
We study the data, what research says, what others in similar situations have done.
Then we structure and pan out.
We involve the stakeholders when designing the solution, in design sprints, workshopping, roundtables or speeddating according to what fits your organisations.
We do require your involvement. Rarely organisational change, product development or process optimisation succeed without embedded ownership.
Who we are
Herluf Thomsen

Herluf is a visionary leader with 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Herluf has extensive experience across International Cooperation & CSR, Public Affairs, Patient Communication & services, PR, Education, Market Access and Sales. He has held positions at HQ, and international postings in regional business areas and affiliate markets.
Herluf developed, ran and integrated various multi-sectoral projects and programmes from "green field" into line of business, or spinout into standalone organisations and formal entities.
Herluf has designed and implemented flagship programmes in cross sectoral international cooperation across geographies such as Europe, Russia & CIS, China, Middle East.
He has a passion for innovation in proces and product; a strong belief in partnerships and inclusion; and a good eye for optimisation and what it takes to implement change.
Lorenza Porciello

Lorenza is an executive leader and board professional, with 21+ years of experience and a proven track record of continuously improving business performance through thought leadership.Lorenza has designed and implemented major strategic, transformation and integration programs, and has been part of a variety of global senior and executive leadership teams.Lorenza has experience planning and executing reorganizations, mergers/acquisition related integrations and strategic change programs.She has worked at senior management level for more than a decade in Europe and the Middle East, across different industries including energy, biotech, retail and shipping.Lorenza has a business and commercial legal background, and she is known for her inclusive leadership, stakeholder management skills and for consistently delivering high quality results and leading high performing, engaged teams.Lorenza has experience coaching and advising executives from global organizations such as AP Møller-Mærsk, UNICEF and others, on strategic matters, re-organizations, transformation projects, people matters and sustainable solutions.
